The Committee on Banking and Insurance moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

Eng. House Bill No. 4734 – A BILL to amend and reenact §33-30-6 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended,  and to amend and reenact §33-30-8 of said code, all relating to mine subsidence insurance; increasing the maximum amount of total insured value reinsured by Board of Risk and Insurance Management; and deleting threshold provision for loss coverage.
